Return & Refund Policy

All VelvetGhost nails are handmade to order. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect nail sizing provided by the customer, or personal preference.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please email us at velvetghostnails@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we may offer a replacement, remake, or refund.

Handmade Variations

Each set is hand-painted, so slight variations in color, brushwork, texture, or placement may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

EU Customers

Additional consumer rights may apply to customers in the European Union. Where required by applicable law, VelvetGhost will honor those rights.
